The Monteparaiso complex is located on a hilltop of Puerto Rico, next to the Europa shopping centre and the mini golf, with panoramic views of the surrounding area and the sheltered bay and the beach, that is 1.5 km away.

Renewed in 2003, the complex includes a total of 101 apartments. There is a lift, swimming pool area and children's pool area with free sun beds, snack bar with terrace, children's playground and garden.

The cosy apartments have an en suite bathroom, satellite/ cable TV (runs with coins), a kitchen with a fridge, kettle and toaster, a hire safe as well as a balcony or a terrace. Furthermore, the accommodation includes a combined lounge/bedroom with sofa-beds and a separate bedroom with twin beds. Maid service 5 days a week. Towel and linen changed twice weekly.

Guests may take advantage of the swimming pool with a children's area and the snack bar. There is also a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.

Take the motorway to Puerto Rico. Drive past the shopping centre and take a right behind the park. At the roundabout take a further right and drive to the end of Avenida la Cornisa by Europa shopping centre.
